Payments in the HarzCard shop are processed via the electronic payment provider PayOne (Mastercard, Visa, Klarna) and PayPal.

Shipping

Digi-HarzCard

When purchased from the online store, the Digi-HarzCard is provided as a digital card. You will receive the digital card as a PDF or wallet file conveniently via email. It is not sent by mail! Therefore, there are no shipping costs. The ticket can be printed out or used as a mobile ticket. You can save the digital HarzCard as a PDF or in your digital wallet on your smartphone and present it to the service partner. Alternatively, you can print the ticket on paper.

HarzCard

A service fee of €3.50 per card ordered applies for the production and mailing of the HarzCard. Please note that, due to production schedules, delivery times may vary from a few days to up to four weeks. In addition to the physical card, you will receive the digital version as a PDF or in your digital wallet conveniently via email. This is ready for immediate use.
